How do I know the nutritional information of your meals?

We are in the process of vetting all of our recipes with a registered dietitian and once that process is completed, the nutritional information will be added under each meal.   Stay tune!!

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes, your meals can be frozen

How do I heat up my meals?

We recommend that you use a toaster oven to warm up meats, seafoods and roasted vegetables instead of the microwave.   Grains can be warmed up in the microwave.

Do I need to cook anything?

No, all our meals are cooked and ready to be warmed up and eaten.

Do you use organic ingredients?

We are very selective with our ingredients but we are not currently exclusively use organic ingredients because of availability.   For example, for poultry we use antibiotic-free, veggie fed chicken.  For seafood, we mostly use wild-caught fishes.  In the case of eggs, we use cage-free eggs.

How do you manage allergies?

We are able to make certain considerations on the ingredients that we use.  However, all of our meals are prepared in a shared-kitchen facility.

Can I remove or substitute ingredients I do not like in my meals?

Typically no.  However, there are certain things that we can accommodate, such as putting sauces on the side or egg loaves with only egg whites.    Substituting key ingredients in a recipe may significantly alter the flavor and the overall meal experience.

Do you support specific diets?

We believe healthy eating is more than a diet, it’s a way of life, but we understand our customers may be following select diets.

How long do the meals last?

Our meals are cooked with fresh ingredients. To maintain this level of freshness, we recommend that seafood items are consumed within 4 days of delivery.  All other items should be consumed within 6 days of  delivery.     Meals can be frozen in case you are planning to consume the meals beyond their normal consumption period.

About the Process

How do I order

Create an account on our site and pick your meals and pay for your order.   Provide any specific delivery details to make sure your meals are delivered to your door steps.

How soon will I start receiving meals?

Typically, our deliveries are Sundays and Wednesdays.  Orders placed by Wednesday start to being delivered on the following Sunday (that is in 4 days!!).

How often does the menu change?

About 30% of our menu changes every week to give you variety and access to our extensive number of recipes.   However, many customers love some of the staples in our menu and from time to time you will see some items in the menu for several weeks, such as our #1 Best Seller: Banana Protein Muffins.

Do I need to subscribe for an extended period of time?

No, we offer a-la-carte meals, giving you freedom and flexibility to choose from our weekly menu.   However, we do offer a “Hassle Free” plan for those of you that prefer to pre-order 4 weeks in advance.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once the order is placed, your order is set for production; however, we would not like you to waste any meals, if there are any emergencies please call us as soon as possible at: (305) 502 1646

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order is placed, it is  immediately sent to our processing center for fulfillment.  As such, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.


Are there any delivery charges?

There are no delivery charges; however, there is a minimum order of 3 meals per delivery.

What areas are you currently delivering?

We are currently delivering in most Broward County and certain zip codes within Miami-Dade County, for an up-to-date delivery zip code visit our home page.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

No, we will leave your meals by the front door in an insulated thermal bag with ice.  Let us know if you have a specific area for deliveries.

What if I live in a secure building or gated community?

Please provide us with the name of the community, contact information and details to access the community.   To expedite the delivery, you can add Lilian’s Table as a regular delivery vendor to your security guard or if you can provide us the access code to your community it would be greatly appreciated.

What do I do with the insulated bags and ice packs?

We will pick them up when we drop off our next delivery.   Please remember to leave them by your front door on your next delivery.

How long will my food stay cool in the insulated bags?

Our delivery bags are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon delivery, this is ok!  Your food should still be cold.  To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible.

What are your packaging boxes made of?

Our boxes and lids are made specifically for food delivery.   All of our packaging is made of 100% compostable materials.  Our boxes are non-toxic, gluten free, eco-friendly and have no plastic or wax lining.
