How We Work

At Lilian’s Table, we create healthy, nutritious ready to eat meals. Our right-portioned meals come fully cooked with fresh ingredients helping you save time while eating right. The menu is inspired by the Mediterranean way of eating, rotates weekly and lets you choose the meals and flavors that sound good to you. Pricing for single meals ranges between $11.00 and $15.00, breakfast and snacks items are priced between $8.00 and $9.00 and family servings of 3 range between $15.00 and $35.00.

Our menu updates weekly, mixing classics, customer favorites, and new additions. These menu features are updated on our weekly newsletter as well as social media. You can select items from the weekly menu until Wednesday end of day in order to receive a Sunday delivery. Be on the lookout out for specials and coupon codes to use at checkout.

All of our dishes are prepped and cooked to order using fresh ingredients in a commercially licensed facility. We inspect all prepared meals ready-for-delivery to ensure they meet our high-quality standards for freshness and flavor.

Our meals are delivered to your home or work in insulated bags and ice to ensure freshness. Currently, weekly orders arrive Sunday mornings between 8:30 and 11:30 in Broward County and Mondays between 12:00 and 3:00 pm in Miami-Dade. Subscriber customers and custom made meals programs may have an additional delivery on Wednesday evening. We offer complimentary delivery within Broward County for all orders that meet the minimum quantity, currently set at $40. Refer to delivery roll-out to ensure that we are delivering to your zip code.

We recommend that you use a toaster oven to warm up meats, seafoods and roasted vegetables instead of the microwave. Grains can be warmed up in the microwave. Our meals are tasty in the refrigerator for three days. You can freeze them for longer shelf life.
